Minimum qualifications:
bachelor’s degree.
minimum 3 years of contract management and administration experience, transactional paralegal experience in a law firm or government agency, or equivalent experience.
experience with commercial contracting and procedures
excellent drafting skills, understanding of legal documents and contracting
excellent written and oral communication skills, highly organized. must be detail oriented.
ability to oversee and cooperate with administrative staff.
work well in a team environment and with a variety of departments. ability to effectively communicate with project teams, management and outside vendors.
ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, team environment.
highly proficient in microsoft office 365 (teams, word, excel, sharepoint) and acrobat pro dc.
desired qualifications:
experience in real estate development, land use, and/or construction industry desired.
