adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a senior trainer opportunity in santa ana, ca.

type: contract 

pay: $41.20/hour

length:  six (6) month, with the possibility of converting to permanent placement
shift/hours:  monday – friday

notes:  this position is remote

responsibilities for the senior trainer job:

schedule, manage, and facilitate live training for 1031 exchange employees and act as a subject matter expert on training related projects

provide training on systems and processes for 1031 exchange projects

act as a sme or interact with a sme to assure correct use of language and 1031 exchange business process is applied to materials

facilitate training that meets design specifications

schedule and manage live training sessions

communicate training sessions

obtain training feedback to assure constant improvement loop

attend system uat held by it, as needed

participate in training material uat, as needed

provide training support to end user

qualifications for this senior trainer job:

3 – 5 years of experience in escrow and title services
