this role will see you wearing many hats, & you will be integral to the management team in implementing key strategic direction & marketing strategies. you will be devising the marketing strategy, coming up with new ideas, planning campaigns & helping the management team grow the business in a commercially driven way.
the role is based with their digital marketing agency where you will be surrounded by other highly motivated & driven marketing professionals. you will manage & delegate tasks & have access to a wide range of resources to implement cutting-edge & exciting digital marketing campaigns on behalf of the business.
responsibilities include:
- plan, recommend, prepare & oversee digital marketing strategies, including social & email marketing along with budget management
- monitor & analyse market trends & react accordingly
- understand & develop buyer personas & customer journeys
- oversee the content creation for social channels
- achieve all set kpis, produce detailed reports & presentations where necessary
- provide regular key reporting to directors & management teams
- research competitors' products, services & marketing activities
- ensure a high-quality consistent service delivery & managing work schedules
- working with the agency team, managing & delegating tasks & workload
you will need to have:
- previous experience as a digital marketing manager or relevant marketing management level position
- leadership & relationship management skills, along with strong time & project management skills
- extensive & up-to-date technical knowledge of the full range of digital marketing services, including seo, content marketing, on & off-page optimisation, link building, social media, email marketing & conversion optimisation
- confident & insightful content marketer who can use social media to engage & promote
- confident & clear communicator, with excellent written skills including editing & proofing
location:
the role will be based in modern offices in brentwood, & will be 4 days working from the office & 1 day from home
