Outreach coordinator - united states, woonsocket

adecco staffing is looking for 2 outreach coordinators in a fully remote capacity!

 

the outreach coordinator facilitates provider and member outreach to ensure member receipt of important clinical services to improvement member health outcomes. provides support for healthcare effectiveness data and information set (hedis) quality initiatives and regulatory/contractual requirements including outreach to members who are noncompliant in the designated outreach services. supports effective medical record capture for hedis medical record review and abstraction of supplemental data.

 

experience required:

2+ years of relevant experience

proficient with ms word, excel, and adobe

familiar with rightfax

outbound call experience

bilingual spanish is a plus – english is the primary language

 

education:

verifiable high school diploma or ged equivalent – required

bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, finance or similar field preferred

$22.22 per hour
