attendance bonus of $100/week. the worker must be on time and work all assigned shifts in order to receive the $100 weekly.

job description: (please add to the description - this is for our internal team to source and assess candidates)

note: when submitting candidates for 1st shift, you must include a note in the comments section that they have been talked to about the lifting and are comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds on a consistent basis. 1st shift is more physical and we want to vet out anyone that wouldn't be able to adhere to that requirement.

1st shift position with hours of 6:55 am - 3 pm at 5 days per week monday through friday. special note: paid start time is 6:55 pm due to start up meeting prior to shift. **clock in cannot be more than 15 minutes before shift start ** overtime is paid after 40 hours worked for the week.

**special note - should be able to lift up to 25 pounds consistently throughout the day as maximum weight or handle large parts. please confirm prior to submitting candidate for opening** safety steel shoes are required along with safety glasses. additional personal protective equipment is required depending on line worked and is provided by ppg. employee is expected to keep track of ppe if required to use more than once per day.

additional info for the role:
• load/unload parts on production line.
• perform basic visual inspection for rust or damage
• wear ppe provided at the facility: safety glasses, bump cap, sleeves, hearing protection (where applicable) and gloves. steel toe shoes required however a voucher is provided by ppg 90 days after full time hire.
• service oriented facility. we do not make parts, we apply protective coatings.
• environment is not temperature controlled.
• 8 hours shifts monday through friday. weekends offered if customer needed but volunteer list taken weekly. contract labor never mandated but are offered opportunity to work.

attendance bonus:
attendance bonus of $100/week. the worker must be on time and work all assigned shifts in order to receive the $100 weekly. if worker volunteers for weekend and is scheduled, the day(s) are just like a regular production day and will impact attendance bonus if call off. if worker sent home lack of work any day by ppg the attendance bonus is not impacted.
