master gardens is a trusted grounds maintenance company looking after residential blocks and estates with an emphasis on high-quality work.
we are looking for a gardener to join our maintenance rounds with ongoing garden maintenance to assist in our growth plan.
some horticultural knowledge/experience is preferred and we will be looking for candidates with practical experience in a similar role.
you will be able to organise your day by delivering on job timings, workloads, seasonal planning in the gardens and communicating your progress back to the office.
we expect all of our gardeners to have strong communication skills, strong written english, be well presented, polite, hardworking and ultimately maintain our high level of client care. you will need to be a problem solver and have a positive mindset.
working within this small and friendly team, you will be a team player who enjoys gardening and enjoys proving yourself by having pride in the work you produce.
