the ideal candidates would need:

pgce/qts

previous classroom/teacher experience

excellent knowledge if ks1/early years curriculum

enhanced dbs on the update service (desirable but not essential as we can assist you with getting this)

motivated, supportive, confident, empathetic, encouraging
