duties / responsibilities
to progress mortgage cases from the offer stage to completion
dealing with in/outbound calls
chasing lenders, providers, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties to ensure each case completes as swiftly and smoothly as possible
ensuring all parties are up to date with developing information
skills/experience
previous mortgage administration or sales progression experience is preferred
proficiency in ms office, word, excel and outlook
excellent organisational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
professional and reliable
high level of attention to detail
excellent communication skills
