Assistant bar / front of house manger &bar / waiting staff required - united kingdom, kidlington, oxfordshire

we are looking for the following staff to work in a soon to be relaunched gastro pub offering great food, beverage and customer experance

assistant bar / front of house manager, salary £24,000

your duties will include:

• as an assistant manager, you will help to lead, motivate and inspire the team to deliver great food & drink and a great customer experience every time.

• you will be responsible for key areas of the business specifically the bar, cellar, front of house areas.

• you will duty manage your business during key shifts and have responsibility for its day to day running demonstrating amazing people skills, customer focus, delivering results, meeting targets to maintaining standards.

• you need to be passionate, focused, hands-on and a role model who amazes customers whilst engaging and motivating teams.

• dealing with payments

bar and front of house staff, full or part time, salary from £10.00 per hour

our bar and front of house team members are the front line in our pub for our customers, ensuring that everyone has the best experience and customer service. you’ll be an outgoing, warm and confident individual who is passionate about exceeding guest expectations.

your duties will include:

• responsible for greeting customers and taking food and drink orders

• making recommendations that delight our customers

• serving excellent quality food and a fantastic range of drinks

• maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness at all times

• working as part of a team to create a friendly atmosphere our customers will love

what we are looking for:

• a can-do attitude and ability to multi-task

• experience is preferred but most importantly we need you to show us you understand great customer service

• the ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexible and unsociable hours
