summary of position
the position of a project manager requires you to have an in-depth knowledge and extraordinary skills related to project management.
ability to manage a portfolio of projects, some complexed.
you must have the ability to develop and deliver a project management program to achieve favourable outcomes in respect of outputs, time, costs, specifications, and operational standards.
they will be expected to test and adjust the systems that are in manufacture, or maintained ensuring tooling, jigs, fixtures, and assemblies meet the required specification.
this requires the application of a broad range of skills, knowledge, and occupational behaviours across a range of engineering disciplines.

ability to manage multiple projects and programs.
ensuring project and program are delivered on time and under budget.
ability to draft and submit comprehensive project and program bids
experience influencing and gaining buy-in from team members, supply chain and customers.
ensure and efficient communication process is maintained at all levels, therefore highlighting issues and risks at the earliest opportunity.
skills, knowledge, abilities and qualifications
able to read and interpret technical information and drawings including cad design understanding. and use various measuring equipment.
5 years + project management experience, including tracking and planning.
5 years + experience working in relevant business sectors ensuring cross functional understanding.
preferred business and engineering qualification in the appropriate field.
proficient on it systems such as ms project, word, excel, and powerpoint
commercial contract experience
risk and conflict management experience, including negotiating skill
