about this client/child:

amy aged 15 loves music, drama, art, shopping, and spending time with her friends. she also enjoys doing a lot of charity work with her family. amy has epilepsy and memory loss associated with a benign brain tumour. she attends a mainstream senior school but requires help with organization, writing and someone being with her when she has, or is recovering from a (mild) gelastic seizure.

overview of role:

as amy’s lsa, your role will be to accompany her to lessons, help her make notes and assist with her organisation. amy is very academic and enjoys being at school so your role will be a pivotal one in helping her continue to flourish. amy will not need support at breaks or lunchtimes. the contract offered will be at least until june 2023 but could be extended if amy decides to stay on for sixth form.
