type: contract 

pay: $44.71/hour

length:  six (6) month, with the possibility of converting to permanent placement
shift/hours:  monday – friday

notes:  this position is remote

responsibilities for the talent acquisition specialist job:

partner with hr business partners and corresponding managers to source for the best in quality technical talent, determining the best avenues for talent acquisition

keep abreast of industry talent and incorporate best practices for reaching top talent before competition

manage and participate in requisition flow and applicant screening process, providing overall highlights on each candidate, making recommendations to hiring managers

negotiate and discuss offers with all parties involved

track and provide up-to-date recruiting status activity, recommending alternative solutions for hard to fill positions

correspond with the applicant during the recruiting process to ensure the candidates interest and experience

participate in virtual job fairs and college recruiting events: potentially helping to coordinate the event

regularly interact with employees and all levels of management

qualifications for this talent acquisition specialist job:

minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruiting and sourcing for technical and non-technical roles

experience implementing and driving innovative sourcing strategies for passive talent

experience with applicant tracking systems and linkedin recruiter
