formed in 1988, our client is an established adhesive manufacturer based in letchworth. they have extensive experience and knowledge of all forms of adhesives, sealants and automotive aftercare products and are proud to supply many of the best-known blue-chip companies and major brands in the uk and global marketplace; both industrial and retail.

they are now looking for a multi-skilled warehouse manager to oversee the running of their warehouse's daily operations including managing, fulfilling orders, ensuring stock levels are maintained and quality control, as well as ensuring compliance with industry regulations. the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, within a warehousing environment.

it's a hands-on role which includes un-packing deliveries from suppliers and organising the warehouse.

about you:

you'll bring with you a wealth of warehouse management experience, including warehouse management systems and regulatory audits and experience of managing a team. if you have knowledge of the health and wellness sector of mhra/gdp/iso procedures; this would be extremely advantageous. most of all, you'll be really organised, a great communicator, capable of working across all departments and with a genuine 'can do' approach.

key skills and attributes:

enthusiastic towards approaching challenges. flexible 'can do' attitude. understanding of electrical drawings but also able to work without drawings. comfortable working both independently and in a group. is proud of their work with excellent attention to detail. good compliance with health and safety rules.

working hours:

46 hours a week, from 6:30am to 6pm, monday to thursday.
