are you comfortable talking to strangers, both in person and over the phone? do you love to give great customer service? are you comfortable making outbound calls as well as receiving inbound?
is being organised and efficient a top priority for you? are you comfortable using computer diaries and software?
do you have a positive outlook on life and an attitude of having fun at work? are you comfortable discussing money with clients and taking financial transactions?
if so, you could be the clinic assistant/receptionist we're looking for.
lake therapy farnham is a physio and sports therapy clinic situated in the sands business park, farnham. we are looking for someone who would like to train up as a clinic assistant to join our current front desk team!
we are open from 7.00am-8pm monday to friday and saturdays from 7.00am-2pm so availability to cover team mates is required.
we strive to achieve an exceptionally friendly atmosphere where clients always feel listened to and appreciated and you would play a key role in this. we heartily believe in ongoing training and education for all our team and so no prior experience/qualifications are necessary but a positive attitude, energy and a willingness to learn are 100% required.
as an additional perk to the role you receive 50% off physio/sports therapy treatments within the clinic and free access to our live online exercise classes!
please note it is not easy to access the sands business park via public transport so you will need to have your own transport.
