Customer service advisor - united kingdom, barnsley, south yorkshire

what will you be doing?

first point of contact for inbound enquiries via phone & email
processing new sales enquiries on internal systems
scheduling appointments for the sales force
updating customers on order/installation updates
logging all information on internal crm system and high level of ms office (outlook, word, excel)
producing reports for management

who are we looking for?

experience within an administration or customer service role
good communication skills both verbally and written
remain motivated and resilient at all times
be able to work to deadlines and good time management skills and the ability to us it systems
a positive telephone manner
a keen eye for detail
confidence with office it and computer systems including ms office, excel
a strong work ethic. good team-working skills
a passion for customer service
