responsibilities:
provide sales and technical assistance to customers to assure the correct identification and application of company products to customer’s needs. provide a quote in the shortest time possible. receive and process incoming customer orders from telephone, fax, or e-mail. input these into our information system to assure timely and accurate shipment of goods. identify and quote incoming “used” parts sent by customers from their existing pump/machine. work constructively with customer to understand problems or concerns and eliminate any future issues. support counter sales to walk in customers.
requirements:
outstanding telephone skills which convey interest, knowledge, professionalism and a desire to assist. ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, team oriented environment. detail oriented and focused. service and/or sales experience with fluid sealing, rotating equipment, hvac systems or pumps would be very beneficial
