we are currently recruiting for an experienced sous chef. reporting to the head chef you will have responsibility for all aspects of food production from sourcing suppliers, managing the team in the absence of the head chef and ensuring the highest levels of food presentation at all times.

just a short walk from the historic centre of the town this luxury 4 star hotel has just over 100 rooms as well as a contemporary brasserie restaurant and lounge bar. in addition to the extensive business and conference facilities they also feature a wide range of leisure facilities including a heated swimming pool, spa bath, steam room, and sauna

the ideal sous chef will have the following:
