we are currently recruiting for an experienced chef de partie for this busy 4 star hotel. reporting to the head chef you will have responsibility for ensuring the highest levels of food presentation at all times.

just a short walk from the historic centre of the town this luxury 4 star hotel has just over 100 rooms as well as a contemporary brasserie restaurant and lounge bar. in addition to the extensive business and conference facilities they also feature a wide range of leisure facilities including a heated swimming pool, spa bath, steam room, and sauna

the ideal chef de partie will have the following:
