we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic new receptionist at our busy property management company in north west london.
main job tasks and responsibilities
answer telephone, screen, direct calls, take and relay messages
greet and direct persons entering organisation
ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organisation
provide general administrative and clerical support
monitor and maintain office equipment
tidy and maintain the reception area
ensure refreshments are well stocked for staff and guests
preparing post daily
education and experience
knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
·knowledge of computers and microsoft office application
·knowledge of customer service principles and practices
·relevant qualifications in secretarial/office administration are desirable
