fel swyddog diogelwch a chynnal a chadw adeiladau, byddwch yn ymuno â'r tîm cyfleusterau a chylchol, o fewn adran monitro ac adolygu'r gwasanaeth asedau a buddsoddiadau i sicrhau bod cyfleusterau adra, ardaloedd cymunedol o fewn blociau o fflatiau (wedi'u hadeiladu'n bwrpasol ac wedi'u trosi) a modurdai. yn cael eu cynnal, yn cael buddsoddiad lle bo angen ac yn bodloni’r safonau diogelwch gofynnol.

our client provides quality homes in north wales. they are not an organisation that stands still. over the coming years they will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across north wales. although highly ambitious, they are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities they serve.

as the building safety & maintenance officer, you will be joining the facilities & cyclical team, within the monitor & review section of the assets and investment service to ensure that our clients facilities, communal areas within blocks of flats (purpose built and converted) and garages are maintained, receive investment where necessary and meet the required safety standards.

the ability to speak welsh is essential for this role.
