under the guidance of owner selin kiazim you will be cooking a modern interpretation of mediterranean and middle eastern food, using traditional methods and cooking techniques to create new, ground-breaking dishes. the a la carte menu will change on a regular basis, so we will be cooking with the best ingredients in season.
