experienced, full-time, live in person to work with an existing domestic couple and other household team members including a house manager, chef and nanny.

the family consists of two principals, four children and a small dog.

the property is used for weekends, holidays and during christmas.

between you, the following responsibilities would be shared:

heavy housekeeping such as changing lightbulbs, changing plugs and cleaning internal windows.

cleaning outside areas/furniture

household maintenance/handy person duties

serving the family both informal & formal dinner settings

driving the principals when required

assisting with overseeing the contractors

wardrobe management

washing, laundry and ironing to a high standard

maintaining inventories for housekeeping supplies

assisting the chef with washing up, preparing light snacks, juices, and smoothies

ad hoc tasks and errands as required

we need the kind of applicant who is willing to learn and be trained in this families likes and dislikes and a person that will work well in a small team, and who takes pride in their work.

a hardworking, “like to produce results,” hands on, person with a very good eye for detail, who is diligent and reliable. able to use your initiative and a person who likes to contribute - striving for perfection.

confident driver required. should have good technical skills as well. dbs check will be required, with excellent references.
