responsibilities:

  •  assisting attorneys and clients with court preparations
  • setting up calendars, screening calls, preparing files, receiving documents, and sorting mail 
  • answering all inbound calls and relaying messages to attorneys
  • data entry, copying, and printing documents
  •  

  • to qualify you must:
  • -have previous clerical experience
  • -pass assigned computer testing and typing
  • -must have a high school or equivalent diploma
  • -must be able to pass a background check 
  •
