we are looking for an energetic, professional and commercially-minded individual, who can build deep-rooted relationships in order to achieve roi for your clients and, in turn, long-term account expansion and retention. this is a new role due to company growth, therefore you will be able to shape and develop the position.
duties include:
being personally accountable for the relationship, retention, and success of the company's largest clients
thoroughly understanding your client's business, external environments and the issues that affect individual clients
understanding the client's goals and driving them to success in order to show the client value in their investment and help the account reach its potential
working with the client success and business development teams to understand the operational health, experience, and opportunities within their existing solutions, as well as highlighting new enterprise clients to target
providing clients with a variety of insights, advising them on best practices and trends, providing expertise and recommendations to drive usage of products and services purchased
providing exceptional technology expertise across a suite of products
working as part of a team to ensure ongoing contract compliance and negotiation of key contract terms and extensions
making key decisions about the management and success of a client's program to improve the partnership
leading meaningful strategy discussions, presenting ideas and solutions in order to drive action if you have a background in advising large enterprise clients within a technology-orientated environment and enjoy building existing client relationships with the aim of achieving high roi for them, call us or apply today
