Quantity surveyor / senior quantity surveyor - residential - united kingdom, camberley, surrey
we are interested in hiring a quantity surveyor. ideally we would need some one with significant experience in the residential sector, with a good grounding in jct contracts. the ideal candidate would be required to produce preliminary costings, followed by detailed bills of quantities, analysis of sub-contractor quotations, issuance of sub-contractor contracts, assessment of valuations, analysis of variations.
