change manager, managing full time cultural change across multiple projects as part of a group wide transformation programme. you will be required to work as part of a change management capability to help deliver and shape the engagement strategy and the key communications and evens as part of the strategy.
experience required:
* strong stakeholder management
* good understanding of change management techniques, tools and principles
* experience of designing and advocating a change management framework
* be able to facilitate change for projects in the transformation by training and supporting the team.
