adecco now hiring for a recruiter in the denton area for a fortuner 500 company.

 

full-time on-site position, 8 am to 5 pm.

 

summary:

opportunity for recruiter responsible for general support for division offices. ideal individual is responsible for full cycle recruiting activities such as sourcing, posting jobs, employee activities/events development, strategic recruiting plans, employee communications, and reporting. ideal candidate does not have direct staff supervision responsibilities but may direct others.

compensation will be based on education and experience.

qualifications:

bachelor’s degree required

2 to 5 yrs. of in-house recruiting or staffing experience

experience with hris, preferably successfactors and with recruiting software

experience using bowling search strings and social

strong pc skills strong working knowledge of microsoft office suite

phr or sphr preferred not required

job duties:

full cycle recruiter

build and maintain strong program and create a pipeline of diverse candidates

coordinate new employee onboarding orientation

maintain applicant tracking system

process candidates through the recruiting and selection process
