hundred strong are looking to recruit temporary kitchen and events staff to join our team from london working on large events in scotland;

the british open at old course, st andrews 08/07 - 18/07

hundred strong will be working with their clients doing private and public catering, awards ceremonies and dinners in different parts of the venue and golf course in temporary and permanent structures throughout the week during this global event and iconic venue.

our experienced crews will kitchen porter and event porter behind the scenes and in the kitchens, lifting and carrying, loading, running errands, washing pots and plates etc using machines throughout the busy parts of the day, keeping working areas moving and safe and clean and providing full support to the different satelite catering teams in each area, working alongside, chefs, waiting staff and managed by hundred strong senior crew.

working hours are tbc, but previous events have been approximately 12 hours per day, from roughly 07.00-19.00, so a little flexibility is required. accommodation can be provided free for staff who live too far to travel daily, and full uniform will be given. transport to and from the venue will be organised in due course.
