in this role, you will:
troubleshoot and repair products and run the associated calibration/test equipment
perform instrumentation calibration on in-situ products
manage time and priorities to meet customer expectation
track time and parts for correct billing
equipment check in and preparation for return shipment
manufacturing support including feedback to engineering and production departments, as required
rental support including calibration and preparation of equipment for rents
ensure that all products meet our customer requirements of quality, delivery, and cost
occasional overtime and/or weekends as required
top candidates will have the following qualifications:
previous experience in a repair or service role
customer first focus
problem solver and team player with a strong work ethic
soldering skills including pcba rework
ability to use a variety of test equipment and test systems (multi-meter, calibration equipment, pressure controller, etc.)
basic computer skills- office software (ms outlook, word, excel, etc.)
candidate must be able to clearly communicate with internal customers including service desk technician, production engineering, and management
ability to handle multiple assignments and responsibilities
1st shift 7am to 3:30pm
2nd shift 3pm – 11:30pm
the starting pay rate for electronic technician is $17 or more depending on experience, plus overtime as needed.
