Trainee account manager - united kingdom, dorchester, dorset
we are looking to build on our 15 years of experience and add to our incredible team. as an ambitious organisation were looking for highly motivated individuals that can help move us forward.
candidates should be great communicators, computer literate, hardworking, organised and quick to learn. as trainees you will need to work from either our dorchester or basingstoke offices, working alongside our existing teams.
providing you are motivated and capable; we will teach you all you need to know, with the necessary training and guidance for you to succeed. whilst earnings are limited to start with, we aspire for you to be all you can be and believe all those above you are simply keeping the seat warm for you.
whilst it is “not all about the money”, we recognise most of us do not go to work just for the hell of it. although each individual and role may differ, we aspire for you to develop into more senior sales roles where you can expect:
· salary twice monthly target, for example 25k target 50k base salary,
· 30% commission on all over achievement, no sliding scale and uncapped
· 5% company pension contribution,
· company cars (typically tesla) 25k target and above,
· company bonuses and performance incentives
