Payroll analyst - united states, longview (texas)

adecco is hiring immediately for a payroll analyst with a local client in brookshire, tx. the payroll analyst will perform essential duties with pay starting at $21.00-$23.00/hour. in this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of payroll (paperwork to pay-sheet processing), kronos timeclock maintenance, development and statistical reporting from the kronos timeclock and the peoplesoft system.  also responsible for regular weekly and monthly reports to track items such as attendance, turnover, point system, labor distribution, and cost per department.


requirements:

  • high school diploma or ged equivalent required
  • college degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of full-cycle payroll experience
  • knowledge of microsoft word and excel
  • knowledge of peoplesoft and kronos
  • ability to work overtime when needed
