adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a project coordinator position.

 

type: 40hrs/wk. contract

start date: within the next 1 to 2 weeks

location: remote pst (local to oregon)

pay: $21.00/hr

length: one (1) year

shift: 8:30am to 5:00pm

 

the project coordinator supports project managers in project execution in the client services department and ensures consistently superior client service standards in all client interactions.

 

responsibilities for this project coordinator job include but are not limited to:

continually meet project requirements (kick-off meetings, deadline management, client status reporting and other necessary project communication

research claim inquiries and appropriately communicate findings with clients, claimants, and/or other operational departments

provide project reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting, and ensure quality assurance, draft claimant letters, draft project telephone scripts and website text, assist in development of business rules for claims processing and payments towards this goal

 

qualifications for this project coordinator job:

excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor

critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment are required.

experience with ms office suite, specifically word, outlook, and excel (pivot table and v-lookup)

2+ years of work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment, preferably in the legal field, for a service industry
