the key responsibilities of the home ownership and management officer include:
manage and analyse customer satisfaction surveys to ensure continual improvements to service.liaise with colleagues on the design, sale, and lease terms of new schemes, the completion of sales.effectively manage income and arrears by monitoring rent and service charge payments for shared owners and leaseholders.liaise with shared owners and leaseholders on issues raised through estate inspections. profile
the successful candidate will have:
worked within leasehold or property management with an aptitude for understanding property. good understanding on microsoft and general it skills. have a full driver's license. great communication skills. job offer
