Customer service executive - united kingdom, grantham, lincolnshire
this employer is an established and growing e-commerce based window blind company who put the customers first in everything that they do. their in-house production team manufacture to the highest standards, whilst their customer service team look after the process and ensure the customer has the best experience possible. they love to innovate in everything they do to make the customers life better. as such, they require excellent all-round customer service skills both over the phone, via email or face to face if the situation arises.
daily tasks include:
- answering customer support emails from initial enquiries through to helping with product troubleshooting
- providing excellent customer service via the telephone
- creating and following up on quotations
- staying up to date with their product offering and systems that they use
- processing website orders
- managing the customer return process
the ideal candidate will have:
- excellent customer service skills (via email and telephone and face to face if required)
- a good understanding of microsoft office (word, excel)
- previous administration/customer support experience
- the ability to work fast on computers
- the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- a positive can do attitude
- working to deadlines
- staying calm under pressure
- be happy/able to work beyond normal working hours if required
- must have an eye for detail, use their initiative and be accurate
hours of working:
- monday - tuesday 8.00am - 5.30pm.
- wednesday - thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm.
- friday - 9.00am - 3.30pm.
