Pizza chef/chef/kitchen manager - united kingdom, fishponds, bristol
the crafty egg has just opened a second venue in fishponds.
it is cafe by day and we are already extremely busy. by evening we are a bar selling bristols finest independently owned beers and spirits and we want to offer high quality pizza to our customers between 5pm and 10pm.
we are looking for a confident chef or pizza chef to come in and run their own kitchen.
you will be responsible for your own hours, recruitment, marketing, menu development, quality control, staff training etc etc.
we have ambitions to grow the pizza brand to a second site within 6 months. you will be responsible for helping us open a second site.
this is an extremely exciting opportunity for someone with ambition.
salary is totally negotiable and depends on your experience.
