the position of property maintenance engineer is a varied role based out of our wellingborough site on the road across the uk, attending development sites nationwide; to complete aftersales works and pre-customer handover inspections on newly sited park homes.

this is an interesting and varied role for a skilled trade's person who possesses skills such as painting and decorating, plumbing, fixing leaks, kitchen adjustments or repairs, flooring fitting, remedial works etc. or experience in other areas such as door/window adjustments, adjusting jacks and general property maintenance.
