the client
my client is one the uk's leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services in the social housing sector, maintaining more than 500,000 properties nationwide. they are looking to recruit a labourer / driver for their project based in hereford.
the role
your main purpose will be to assist the trades on site and distribute materials accordingly. you will be provided with a company van and will be required to help transport materials to different sites and work alongside the tradesmen.
duties
assist all trades on site
use of company van to load & unload materials and deliver to sites
use of company van to supply tradesman on site with materials
use of company van to collect rubbish from different sites and dispose of at site compound
take deliveries at the site compound, unload materials and stock compound
to keep all sites, clear and tidy
requirements
a minimum of 2 years' experience of working on construction sites
valid cscs card
valid uk driving licence
proof to work in the uk
