we are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and motivated beauty therapist to join our prestigious beauty salon in kew tw9.

just a few minutes from kew bridge station. the successful candidate will be confident at carrying out all traditional beauty treatments including - massages, waxing, manicures & pedicures.

you should hold or be working towards a nvq level 3 or have an equivalent qualification.

the role:

1. carry out traditional beauty treatments – waxing, pedicure, manicure, massage & facials (required to complete in-house training & assessment)

2. manage salon software booking system

3. meet and greet clients

4. manage telephone/online bookings

5. support salon manager with day to day tasks such as stock take, customer follow up, daily salon workflow in order to ensure the efficient running of the salon

6. support the smooth running of every customer journey

7. responsible for selling the brands’ unique offerings and homecare products (training offered) and promoting in salon brands

8. prepare treatment rooms between scheduled clients

9. to confidently manage and overcome customer complaints and challenges if they occur

10. update client records and maintain our secure client data processes

11. having passion to build upon and constantly update knowledge on skincare, products and beauty innovations

about you:

working towards or level 3 beauty qualified or equivalent

have excellent communication skills with good spoken english

excellent time management

excellent presentation

understand the importance and carry out procedures to ensure the highest hygiene including sanitisation and safety throughout the salon

must possess a legal right to work in the uk
