rhubarb hospitality recruitment is recruiting a commis chef / line chef for a premium international brand with a focus on f&b with a retail environment. the site located close to regent street in one of london’s most exclusive areas and directly alongside other leading international luxury brands. the store is situated over two floors that offer a mix of retail, restaurant, and café space.

we are looking for a commis chef / line chef with previous experience working in high quality kitchens as either kitchen assistant, line chef, commis chef of chef de partie. you will be assisting with simple chef duties, mise en place, preparing ingredients, helping to plate etc.

fluent english essential, italian speaker (nice to have) and other european language is a plus.

hours of work are mainly daytime retail hours, a mix of early shifts (finishing at 3pm) and late shifts (finishing at 9pm) and in line with general retail opening hours, the store is not operational for evening service.

salary

salary is £13 per hour for a 40-hour contract
