we’re seeking to recruit a great care visit facilitator; someone with the right values and behaviours to work in our care service – could this be you?

ideally you will have previous experience in this field and will have your level 3 qualification in health & social care, but full training and support will be provided.

key aspects of the role include:

* supporting the day-to-day running of the business and ensuring cqc compliance in all areas of rostering, reporting and recording of information.

* rota planning to ensure continuity in the delivery of care and ensuring any changes are communicated in a timely manner.

* taking new care package referrals in line with business growth objectives.

* supporting the management team with business development.

* dealing with telephone enquiries.

* taking an active part in on call and emergency care responsibilities as required.
