Tradesman help - united kingdom, loughton, essex

i am a tradesman looking to take someone very reliable on as extra help. work mainly consists of painting/decorating, refurbishing bathrooms and kitchens, tiling etc. it would be ideal if the applicant has a little knowledge of these trades or at least has a keen interest and is wanting to learn; pay would be dependent on this. there would be some heavy lifting involved and ideally i'd like someone within the loughton (ig10, essex) area so i can collect you each morning otherwise the applicant would need to have their own mode of transport or be able to travel by public transport as work isn’t always in the immediate area; it can sometimes be in east, south or north london. there may not be a set number of days per week to begin with, it could be 1-5 days between mon -fri (working hours usually 8.30am-5pm) therefore the person would need to be flexible.
