we are currently recruiting for a commis chef to join this skilled kitchen brigade to prepare ingredients for delicious dishes with an emphasis on creativity and freshness. the successful commis chef will have a passion for high quality food and the desire to develop, with previous experience working in a similar environment.

the place

our client is a striking 4 star hotel with a brigade in excess of 20 chefs covering the 2aa rosette standard restaurant, lounge bar, afternoon tea offering and busy meetings and events department. they focus on using local suppliers to source the best seasonal produce on offer.

the ideal commis chef will have:
