role purpose:

as an outbound sales advisor for our company, you will be part of a team aiming to drive new prospects in a b2b capacity. day to day you will be required to generate new leads. this will involve having the capacity to ask open questions creating rapport with prospective new clients and driving conversations in the right direction converting prospects into leads.

key responsibilities

*outbound calling prospective new customers

*navigating the gatekeeper to ensure you speak with the decision-maker

*adhere to kpis set in agreement with the business and you

*positive attitude to promoting the product(s)

*delivering excellent customer service at all times

*excellent time management skills make sure business, personal and customer needs are catered for

*excellent communication skills both internally and externally

skills & qualifications:

essential:

*experience working in outbound sales.

*be target driven & quality-focused with the objective of converting leads into sales.

*be self-motivated and must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding

kpis

*be driven to achieve results and consistently strive for success and development.

*displaying the ability to look at process change to drive forward improvements.

*have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent verbal communication & listening skills with a positive resilient attitude.

*have a suitable work environment and a suitable internet connection to use our

systems.

desirable:

*experience in b2b sales would be advantageous but not essential.

*have some knowledge of digital marketing

*have worked in a fast-paced sales environment.
