our client is a restaurant based in edinburgh, city centre. they are currently seeking out a dedicated and enthusiastic sous chef who is passionate about cooking and eating cuisine from all corners of the world.

when not working alongside the head chef you'll be running the kitchen in their absence, preparing and serving all dishes from scratch in one of our client's three popular busy city centre restaurants.

you'll have input into monthly specials and assist in the training of junior members of staff

full training is offered for progression to a head chef role. it's a 4-day week (max 48 hours), full share of tips per shift with a couple of messy staff parties a year and the joy of being proud of what you serve.

the salary range stated is inclusive of gratuities.
