relief porter/concierge required for day / night porterage duties in large block of flats in hove. day shifts are 6.45am-5pm (£9.80 per hour), night shifts are 10pm-7am (£10.34 per hour). duties include dealing with enquiries and visitors to the block, some light cleaning and clearance duties, checking boiler room and car park and assisting in ensuring the safety of residents and visitors to the premises. you will be part of a team of 5 porters and responsible to the head porter and managing agents. the appointment will be on a zero hours contract with flexibility to decline or accept offers of work. applicants should be of smart appearance, able to interact effectively with residents and visitors, and ideally, but not essentially, be from a service industry background. uniform jacket provided. please send cv and covering letter to info@stuartradleyassociates.co.uk
