the role will have two key responsibilities:

to provide strategic hr business partner support to your supply chain functionlead a team of 4 to deliver our overall hr operational activitiesthis is an ideal opportunity for either someone who is working as a hr business partner in an operational environment, looking to add management responsibility to their cv, or someone who can demonstrate a hr manager background but looking to expand their skills into a strategic business partner position.

you will report directly to the hr director, and operate as part of the hr leadership team as well as the supply chain leadership team.

key responsibilities of the role:

strategic business partner for our supply chain function, part of their leadership teaminvolvement and influence on key commercial decisions within the supply chain functionknowing or identifying the talent within the supply chain function, and work with managers to ensure retention and development of the identified talent.supporting the workforce planning and recruitment for the supply chain functionaccountable for all hr 'operational' processes, ensuring we deliver consistentlydeveloping the team through clear leadership and coaching practicesownership of hr policies and their consistent applicationfoster strong industrial relations through union stakeholder management.we welcome applications from candidates with any of the following skills or attributes: hr, human resources, hr manager, support, communication, cipd, supply chain, operational management, hrbp
