as a motor production specialist at our client site, you will work as part of a team to achieve daily goals. primary responsibilities include:

read and understand blueprints, drawings, and operation sheets

use hand and machine operations to prepare parts and sub-assemblies

assemble different types of motors

perform small precision assembly and assembly of large units as required

fabricate or form parts, coils, or structures according to specifications

use drills, calipers, cutters, and saws

mark serial identification and maintain traceability record

other related duties as needed

preferred qualifications:

high school diploma or ged

1-2 years of related experience

ability to lift up to 40 lbs

flexibility in schedule to work overtime as needed

the starting pay rate for motor production specialist jobs is $12.00 - $12.90 per hour, plus overtime as needed.
