monday -thursday: 8:30 -5:00pm friday 8:30 - 4:00pm

day to day duties:
generate sales to achieve specified individual and team sales targets.
respond to customer queries relating to products and liaise with the trading team as necessary.
answer to the customer's satisfaction any questions or queries as quickly and efficiently as possible, all queries to be responded to within one hour of receipt.
liaise with other departments and management within the company where necessary.
contact all first-time customers to build a good business relationship.
