Stove fitter / roofer - united kingdom, clifton, bristol

hello. this is a private job for me and not for a landlord or company.

a year ago i had installed a flue for a wood burning stove. afterwards i discovered my building was listed by curtlidge. i didn’t know what that meant at the time but it appears at though i can’t use the stove.

the flue was professionally installed by a heatas approved company. i have since removed most of the sections outside on the roof so there is only about 1ft sticking out with a rain cowl on top. the flue does up through a pitched roof and not up a chimney.

the job is to remove it and retile over the area. access to the roof is possible without scaffolding since i have an upstairs decking area and it was originally installed without scaffolding quite easily.

i’d like someone reputable who’s is keen to slot a small job like this into their existing diary. maybe an existing stove fitter or freelance roofer? there is no huge rush for it to be done.

please reply with your experience and some info and i’ll happily send photos so you can assess. i estimate that for someone who knows what they’re doing, it will take approx half a day.
