financial services telesales executive
you will be responsible for delivering world class customer communication and demonstrate that you consistently put the customer's best interests at the heart or everything you do
you will be responsible for calling leads and carrying out fact finds to qualify the leads and pass them to our advisors
you will be targeted on maximising business opportunities and your conversion rates of advisor appointments/referrals
you will be required to work closely with our management team to develop our process and systems
this role would particularly suit a person looking to develop into a leadership role while contributing to the development and growth of our telesales team, which is currently in its infancy
about you
they are looking for a minimum of 1 full years experience in a telesales position within the financial services sector. please do not apply if you do not have this experience
you will need experience of working with leads in the financial services sector and be able to demonstrate high conversion rates in your previous roles
demonstrate a proven track record of hitting targets
experience of working within fca compliance frameworks is essential
self-motivated and able to work autonomously or as part of a team
strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
you must have a 'can do attitude' with a positive frame of mind
a team player that is also self-reliant and has their colleagues backs
demonstrate attention to detail and strong analytical skills

up to gbp25,000 basic salary based on experience (negotiable) and possibly more for the right person
